Setup Fees


Non-Refundable After Work Begins

Setup fees are non-refundable once we have begun work on your account. This includes:

• Initial consultation and planning

• Website design and development

• AI voice agent training and configuration (Elite plan)

• Platform configuration and customization

• Account setup and integration

Why Setup Fees Are Non-Refundable: Setup fees cover custom development work, training, and configuration specific to your business. Once this work begins, we have invested time and resources that cannot be recovered.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of signup and before we have begun any setup work, we will issue a full refund of the setup fee.

To request a pre-work cancellation, email [email protected] with your account details.

Monthly Subscription Fees


No Refunds for Current Billing Period

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for that month.

Example: If you pay your monthly fee on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th, you will have access until the end of the month (the 1st of the next month), but you will not receive a refund for the partial month.

Exceptions


We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Technical Failure: If our platform experiences prolonged technical issues that prevent you from using core features, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error.

Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the setup services outlined in your plan within 30 days of payment (without delays caused by you).

How to Request a Refund


To request a refund under the exceptions outlined above:

1. Email [email protected]

2. Include your account name, email, and invoice number

3. Explain the reason for your refund request

4. Provide any supporting documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.1.

Chargebacks


If you dispute a charge with your credit card company (a "chargeback") without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, terminate your subscription, and pursue collection of any outstanding fees. Please contact us first at [email protected] to resolve billing disputes.


Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel


You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

Option 1: Through Your Account Dashboard

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Settings > Billing

3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

4. Follow the prompts

Option 2: Contact Support

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your account email address.

When Your Cancellation Takes Effect


Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Example: If your billing date is the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 10th, you will retain full access until the 15th. No refund will be issued for the current month.

What Happens When You Cancel


Access

You will retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

Data

You can export your customer data at any time before your access ends. After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently daeleted.

To Export Your Data:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Settings > Data Export

3. Click "Export All Data"

4. Download the file (CSV format).

No Automatic Renewals

Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew. You will not be charged again.

AI Voice Agent (Elite Plan)

If you are on the Elite plan, your AI voice agent will stop answering calls immediately after your subscription ends. Make sure to update your call forwarding settings to avoid missed calls.

Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription


If you cancel and later decide to return, you can reactivate your subscription by:

1. Logging back into your account (if within 30 days of cancellation)

2. Going to Settings > Billing

3. Clicking "Reactivate Subscription"

4. Download the file (CSV format).

If more than 30 days have passed: Your data will have been deleted. You will need to sign up as a new customer and pay the setup fee again.
